Aaron Spelling was presented in the Guinness Book of Records twice: for the producer’s ability and as the owner of the largest house in the world. His mansion is located in Holmby Hills, Los Angeles. On the territory of more than 5000 meters there are artificial waterfalls, fountains, pools, citrus garden, a cinema, tea room, gym, wine cellar and more. Also there are a special room for storage of things and a room for packing of gifts. In total the house has 123 rooms. After Aaron Spelling’s death his house was offered for sale. It cost $150 million.
